Way of doing Siddhasana:

  • First of all, sit on a seat with your feet in front of you.

  • In this way you will find that both your knees are on the ground which is a suitable position to meditate, to do pranayama and to do mudra bandha etc.
  • Keep the waist and neck straight. Practice the mudra you want to practice.

Normally we practice Jnana Mudra. Rest you can practice any posture.

Precautions of Siddhasana:

  • Those who have knee pain, lower back pain, do not do it.
  • While doing this, keep in mind to keep the left heel near the pelvis. Because the left heel denotes the moon.
  • If there is mild pain in the back, then you can do this asana with the help of a wall.
